Beatrix is a 4 year old kitten with lots of love to give. She is very sociable and will be happy to greet you with her adorable chirps when you get home. When she’s not absorbing the attention and chin scratching from her human friends, Beatrix enjoys lounging on top of cat trees and taking a nap. Beatrix is enjoying the finer things in life these days after having a rough start as a young kitty. This pretty girl was found at a local elementary school with what appeared to be a badly injured leg. She was taken to the Arizona Humane Society’s Second Chance Animal Trauma Hospital, where our vets discovered she had previously suffered a broken leg. Fortunately, she was still able to use the leg without any pain. Veterinary staff also found an eosinophilic granuloma (also called a “rodent ulcer”) on his upper lip which they were able to treat. However, this condition may require treatment in the future if it recurs. In exchange for that little extra care, Beatrix promises to give you lots of love and will be happy to snuggle up on your lap and toss her paws back and forth.
